Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website or through your account on our store.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for an updated address and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
