Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

- We ship books to all addresses within India shipping options may be available on a case-by-case basis.

- If the Delivery address belongs to a remote location or in situations of strikes, natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situation beyond our reasonable control, the delivery might be delayed.

2. Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the book availability. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We understand the importance of timely delivery, so we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. - Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically occurs within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to have your books arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

- You will receive a shipment confirmation email and message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages, Lost, Wrong and Defective Items

- We stand behind the quality of our books, but in the rare event that your order is wrong, damaged, defective or lost, we offer a free replacement option.

-If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, registered Phone no and photos of the package and items.

- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us for a replacement.

6. No Refund Policy

- Please note that we do not offer refunds on book orders. Our focus is on providing high-quality educational resources to our students, and we believe that the replacement option is the best way to ensure your satisfaction.

- Replacements are available for damaged, lost, or defective items only.
