Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM (IST) on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - ₹50
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - ₹150
  • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day - ₹300

Free Shipping:

Orders over ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping. Promotional free shipping offers will be advertised when applicable.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website or through your account on our store.

Order Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for an updated address and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference between the items.
