Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags and packaging.
  • Items should not have any stains, damages, or alterations.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective items (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested size is unavailable, customers can opt for a refund or store credit.
  • Refunds will be issued only after quality check approval.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non- refundable.
  • Customers must email or contact customer support with their order number and reason for return.
  • A return pickup will be arranged (if applicable) or customers may need to ship the item back.
  • If the return is due to defective or incorrect items, return shipping is free.
  • For size or preference-based returns, customers may need to bear return shipping costs.
  • In case of receiving damaged, defective, or wrong items, customers must report within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Scenarios:

- Late order delivery.

- Double order placed (refund for one order).

- Book not available in stock.

- Courier service not available in the area.

- Already purchased book but informed us before shipment.

Wrong Address Details:

- If the student enters incorrect details (e.g., wrong pin code or mobile number) and the order is shipped

- We cannot change the address after shipment.

- The student is advised to place a new order with correct details.

- A refund for the previous order will be issued after the package is delivered back (RTO) to us.

Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Scenarios:

- Fake delivery attempts, delivery delays, or wrong status updates by the courier person.

- In such cases, we will issue a replacement.

- Students can update their contact number for the replacement order if needed.

2. Wrong Book Delivered or Missing Books:

- Students must inform us within 48 hours if:

- A wrong book is delivered.

- A delivered product is marked as received but was not actually received by the customer.

- Fewer books than ordered were received.

Important: We will not be able to assist if the 48-hour deadline is crossed.

3. Proof Requirement:

- For missing or wrong books, students are required to provide proof (e.g., photos) via email at Store@khanglobalstudies.com
